This application ("the App") is a private, internal tool used solely by its owner to automate financial record-keeping for a personal business. It is not offered to, or intended for use by, the general public.
What the App accesses
The App requests read-only access to Gmail (the
gmail.readonly scope), limited in practice to messages under
one specific label (WaveFinder/Receipts) in a single Gmail
account. It reads the sender, subject, date, and body text of labelled
receipt and invoice emails.
What the App does with that data
Amounts, vendors, and dates extracted from those emails are stored in a private database to build an internal profit-and-loss report for the owner's business. Data from this Gmail account is never shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third party, and is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the owner's own bookkeeping.
Who can access it
Only the account owner. This App is not distributed publicly and has no other users.
Data retention
Parsed financial records are retained indefinitely for accounting purposes. The owner can request deletion of stored data at any time by contacting the address below.
